Licenses & Inspections
Lincoln County Health Department is responsible for the licensing and regulation of food operations, retail operations, lodging establishments, campgrounds, swimming pools and body art businesses. Below is information on the different licensing categories and definitions, as well as, fees, permits and other regulations.
Annual Inspections
All licensed establishments are inspected by Lincoln County Health Department annually. Lincoln County Inspection Reports are available here.
Starting the Licensing Process
If you are starting a new business or adding a service to your current business (example selling food), it is required to call Lincoln County Health Department at 715-536-0307 to schedule a pre-inspection. Pre-inspections will assist you in preparing your establishment for licensing.
