We are currently in the process of updating Camp New Wood. Not all sites may be available and may close at short notice.
The camping fees are $20.00 per night at all campgrounds.
The campgrounds on the County Forest are not reservable. First-come, first- served basis with self registration on site.
It's important for RV owners to be responsible and environmentally conscious when disposing of their waste to help preserve the natural beauty of the County Forest and to comply with the regulations regarding waste disposal. Listed below are four sanitary dump stations available for campers.
Merrill Wastewater Treatment Plant ($5 RV dumping fee) (7am-3pm Mon-Fri. 7am-1:30pm Sat., Sunday; holidays) 2606 Sturdevant St. Merrill, WI 54452

To help prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer other invasive pests and diseases, Lincoln County Forestry Department provides campfire wood for the County's campgrounds but you must bring your own saw.
We ask that you not bring firewood to our campgrounds from more than 10 miles away from the campground or property.
