Lincoln County Health Department is contracted with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to provide licensing and inspection services to the establishments in Lincoln County.
Fees
Check out our current license fee schedule. Payments can be made online, by mail or in person.
**Please be aware of the following for online payments:
- There is a service fee of 2.95% for Debit/Credit and $3.99 for eChecks. (Service fees are subject to change)
- Service fee is $3.99 for transactions of $135 or less, regardless of payment type used.
- Debit/Credit takes about 3 days to process and eChecks take up to 10 business days. Consider these timeframes to make sure your payment is processed by it's due date to avoid a late fee.
Inspection Reports
All licensed establishments are inspected by Lincoln County Health Department annually. Lincoln County Inspection Reports are available here.
Complaints
To file a complaint on an establishment licensed by Lincoln County Health Department, complete the Environmental Health Complaint Form.
