Notice of Quotations
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to design, construct and install new vault toilet facilities at the New Wood Campground and Haymeadow Park
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Dean Bowe, Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department Administrator (801 N. Sales Street) from the County Clerk (801 N. Sales Street, Merrill) or online at www.co.lincoln.wi.us.
(715) 539-1034. Proposals must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions.
Proposals must be received by the Forestry Department in a sealed envelope marked “Vault Toilet Bid” on or before 3:00 PM on August 3, 2023 and will be publicly opened at the Forestry, Land and Parks Department Office located at 801 N Sales Street at 4:00 PM that day. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the August 14, 2023 Committee meeting.
The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and accept any quotation or portion thereof they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
