NOTICE OF QUOTATIONS
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to hand plant 58,000 containerized Red Pine tree seedlings on 72 acres of Lincoln County Forest. This project is to be completed by May 15, 2024.
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Dean Bowe, Lincoln County Forest Administrator at 801 N. Sales Street, Suite 106; from the County Clerk (801 N. Sales Street, Suite 201, Merrill), or online at www.co.lincoln.wi.us. Phone (715) 539-1034. Proposals must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions.
Proposals must be received by the Forestry, Land and Parks Department on or before 3:00 PM Thursday December 21, 2023 and will be publicly opened at the Forestry Department Office located at 801 N. Sales Street at 3:15 PM that day. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the January 8, 2024 Committee meeting.
The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and accept any quotation or portion thereof they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
