NOTICE OF QUOTATIONS
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department will accept quotations on the following:
65,600, 1-0, containerized Red Pine (Pinus resinosa) seedlings
8,800, 1-0 containerized White Pine (Pinus strobus) seedlings
Sealed quotations will be accepted until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, August 31, 2023. Quotations will be opened at 3:35 p.m. that day and prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the September 11, 2023 Committee meeting.

QUOTATION PROCEDURE
Quotation Opening: Thursday, August 31, 2023 @ 3:35 p.m.
To comply with the NOTICE OF QUOTATIONS, the following Quotation Procedures and Specifications are to govern:
All quotations must be submitted to the office of the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department, 801 N. Sales Street, Suite 106, Merrill, WI 54452 by 3:30 p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2023. Quotations must be sealed and properly identified by giving the name and address of the supplier. The quotation must be in a separate envelope and marked “Quotation For Red & White Pine Seedlings.” All quotations will be opened and placed on file for action by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee meeting on September 11, 2023.
All quotations must be entered and submitted on the specified form of proposal prepared by the Forestry, Land and Parks Department. Only quotations submitted on these forms will be considered for award purposes. The Quotation Procedure, Specifications and Proposal shall constitute the quotation from each supplier. Suppliers may attach additional information to their proposals as they deem advisable and necessary for the benefit of the Committee in assembling comparative specifications.
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee reserves the right to consider all proposals for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening.
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations or parts thereof and to waive any technicality in any quotation submitted and to make such awards as they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
