Notice of Quotations
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to drill and install one new hand pump well each at New Wood Campground, Otter Lake Campground and Otter Lake Picnic Area, as well as decommissioning an existing well at the Otter Lake Picnic Area.
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Dean Bowe Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department (801 N Sales Street, Suite 106), from the County Clerk (801 N. Sales Street, Merrill) or online at www.co.lincoln.wi.us.Proposals must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions.
Proposals must be received by the Forestry, Land and Parks Department in a sealed envelope marked “New Wells” on or before 3:00 PM September 21, 2023 and will be publicly opened at the Forestry, Land and Parks Dept. Office located at 801 N. Sales Street at 3:15 PM that day. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the October 9, 2023 Committee meeting.
The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and accept any quotation or portion thereof they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
