Notice of Quotations
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to crush and stockpile 10,000 tons of 1¼” base course gravel in the County Forest pit on Armstrong Creek Road.
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Dean Bowe at the Forestry, Land and Parks Department (801 N. Sales Street, Merrill), from the County Clerk (801 N. Sales Street, Merrill) or online at www.co.lincoln.wi.us. (Phone (715)539-1034. Proposals must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions.
Proposals must be received by the Forestry Department in a sealed envelope marked “Armstrong Crushing” on or before 3:00 PM on August 3, 2023 and will be publicly opened at the Forestry, Land and Parks Department Office located at 801 N Sales Street at 3:15 PM that day. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the August 14, 2023 Committee meeting.
The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and accept any quotation or portion thereof they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
