Notice of Quotations
The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract
with an individual or entity to provide engineering design and storm water
permitting services for the Cranefoot Lake ATV Trail Reroute project in Lincoln
County.
Specifications and instructions may be obtained from Luke Williams, Lincoln
County Forestry, Land and Parks Department Administrator, 801 N. Sales Street,
Merrill from the County Clerk, 801 N. Sales Street, Merrill or online at
www.co.lincoln.wi.us. Proposals must conform to the requirements of the
specifications and instructions.
Proposals must be received by the Forestry Department in a sealed envelope labeled
“Cranefoot Lake ATV Trail Reroute” on or before 3:00 PM on May 6, 2026, and will be
publicly opened at the Forestry, Land and Parks Department Office located at 801 N.
Sales Street at 3:15 PM that day. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the
Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the May 11, 2026 Committee
meeting.
A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on April 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the
intersection of Bear Trail Road and the ATV trail.
