Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any interpretation, order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement or administration of Chapter 17, Chapter 20, Chapter 21, or Chapter 22 of the Lincoln County Code. The Board authorizes such variances from the terms of Chapter 17 as will not be contrary to the public interest.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of 5 members appointed by the Chair of the County Board, according to procedures established under §59.694(10), Wis. Stats.
