Medical Escort Program (85.21)

Lincoln County coordinates transportation for elderly (55+), disabled, or Medicare recipients (regardless of income) to doctor appointments, errands, etc.  Volunteer drivers will pick eligible persons up from their home and transport to appointments locally or as far as Milwaukee, Tomah or Marshfield.  A co-payment is required per trip based on round trip mileage to be provided to the driver at the time of the transportation.

Transportation availability is determined upon the ability to schedule a volunteer driver and is not guaranteed.  Two business days notice is required.
