ESF #5 purpose is to support Lincoln County’s emergency management programs by providing the core management and administrative functions to support the cyclic incident phases affecting local and county operations.
Organize coordination from Lincoln County and all responding and assisting agencies byway of:
- Personnel, resources, and tasking in support of county/local governments in prevention, protection, mitigation, response and recovery.
- Information sharing, analysis, operations, planning, requests for assistance, resource management, deployment and staffing, mutual aid, facilities management, financial management and other support required to prepare for, respond to and recover from an incident.
