ESF # 2 Communications
Supports the restoration of communications infrastructure, coordinates the delivery of information to emergency management decision makers, and assists in the stabilization and reestablishment of communication systems and applications during incidents.
In the case of an emergency or disaster response, activation of this ESF should provide Lincoln County with guidance in:
- Providing emergency/ disaster communications
- Supporting temporary public safety communications
- Coordinating the provisioning of priority of communication services
- Restoration of public safety communications
