Application for a Domestic Partnership begins on August 3, 2009. The fee for the Domestic Partnership is $90.00. They need to meet the following requirements: at least 18 years old, not married, not in a current legal partnership with another party, share a common residence, same sex, relationship no closer than second cousins. Documents needed: Proof of Residency - current Photo ID, dated utility bill, State Certified Birth Certificates, Social Security Numbers, Proof of how the last domestic partnership or marriage ended. Termination of Domestic Partnership - fee is $90.00. Waiver fee of $25.00 both for applying a domestic partnership and termination of domestic partnership.
