Medical Escort Program   « Back

Our escort program provides rides to medical appointments for elderly and disabled persons who have no access to transportation of their own.

Volunteer drivers will take you to your appointment locally or as far as Milwaukee, Tomah or Marshfield. A co-payment is required per trip based on round trip mileage. Transportation is also available for Support Groups .

Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI

  • LINCOLN COUNTY operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with LINCOLN COUNTY.
