The mission of the Real Property Lister is to provide the basis for the county-wide property assessment and tax billing system; collect, organize and distribute information on real property records to any person who requests such information for electronic transfer and publication; serve as a coordinator and facilitator amoung the DOR, the county, and the taxation districts for property assessment and taxation purposes.
Rural Addressing is responsible for issuing new rural addresses or numbers as well as maintaining the addressing system for all towns within Lincoln County, maintaining the county-wide address database, and providing mapping support to the 9-1-1 call center.
