Department: Health Department
The HealthCheck Program is an annual preventive health check-up program for anyone under the age of eighteen who is currently eligible for Wisconsin Medicaid or BadgerCare Services.
This free, annual health check-up includes:
- A head to toe physical exam by a physician or a public health nurse
- Immunizations (shots)
- Lead & Hemoglobin
- Eye exam
- Growth and development check
- Hearing check
- Mouth exam
- Nutrition check
- Health information
- Other checks as needed depending on age and development of your child.
