Department: Developmental Disablilities Center
The Birth to Three Program provides services to children, from birth up to age three, who have known or suspected delays in one or more of the following areas of development: physical/motor, speech and language, cognition, social, self-help. these children, and their parents, receive individual services in their home and/or in community settings to help them learn as much as possible and/or overcome their delay. Services provided through the Birth to Three Program enable parents to understand and work with their child.
